About Jason Shamblin
Jason A. Shamblin is a litigation attorney at Alexander Shunnarah Injury Lawyers, P.C. in Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Shamblin devotes his practice to personal injury, representing plaintiffs who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents and other types of accidents. A graduate of the University of Alabama, Mr. Shamblin earned his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1997. Before joining Alexander Shunnarah Injury Lawyers, P.C. he was a shareholder in the firms Allen & Shamblin, LLC and Cory Watson, PC. He is licensed to practice in all Alabama state courts and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Shamblin has represented individuals and businesses in a variety of cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, insurance fraud and more. Over the course of his career, he has helped to recover millions of dollars in compensation for his clients through verdicts and settlements.
Along with his law practice, Mr. Shamblin belongs to a variety of professional organizations including the Birmingham Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar Association, the Alabama Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. Active in his local church, he serves as a Sunday school teacher, trustee and deacon. Mr. Shamblin is married and has one son.
