About Brandon

Brandon’s practice focuses on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases arising from tractor-trailer and automobile wrecks, construction site injuries and heavy road construction defects. He also handles insurance “bad faith” claims.

Brandon has been named both "Top 40 Under 40" and “Top 100” by The National Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only organization composed of the premier trial lawyers from across the country. Selection is based on a thorough multi-phase objective and uniformly applied process which includes peer nominations combined with third-party research. 

Brandon has also been selected by peers for inclusion on Alabama’s Super Lawyers list every year since 2011. Super Lawyers is an independent rating service that recognizes no more than 5% of a state’s outstanding attorneys.

Before representing injured persons, Brandon practiced for ten years with Gaines, Wolter & Kinney, P.C., (which eventually became Gaines, Gault, Hendrix & Bishop, P.C.), an insurance defense firm. While a defense attorney, Brandon tried numerous jury trials and provided claims and bad faith exposure training to automobile liability carriers. Brandon was also a selected member of insurance defense organizations such as Defense Research Institute (DRI) and Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).

An active member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids. He enjoys live music, running, hunting and fly-fishing.
