About Thomas J. Moore
A 2000 graduate of Cumberland School of Law, Thomas prosecuted cases as a Deputy District Attorney for Jefferson County for over 15 years. In that time, he handled thousands of cases, including Capital Murders, Vehicular Homicides and Assaults, Armed Robberies, Home Invasions, Rapes, Child Molestations, and Domestic Violence Assaults. He has tried over a hundred cases to jury verdict. Throughout that time, he never had a case overturned on appeal.
Thomas has tried numerous high-profile, multi-defendant, and complex cases, and has tried cases against nationally known attorneys.
He has now left the Office of the District Attorney to join Alexander Shunnarah Injury Attorneys so that, instead of punishing wrongdoers, he can help the injured. He brings his extensive courtroom experience and legal knowledge to help those injured by the negligence and wrongdoing of others.
