My legal accomplishments are a product of my tireless work ethic, organizational skills, attention to detail and preparation which, when combined with my personable demeanor make my interactions with clients, colleagues, adversaries, jurors and judges congenial and effective. I am extremely comfortable in a courtroom having successfully tried cases, drafted and argued motions and appeals, and negotiated numerous six figure settlements on behalf of my clients. I believe much of my success is fueled by my experience working for both insurance defense and plaintiff’s firms, enabling me to analyze each fact pattern from all angles and develop a litigation strategy tailored to the strengths and weaknesses of each case, so thatI can get the best result for my client.
