Monique Lopez

Ms. Monique Lopez focuses her practice in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on vehicle negligence, wrongful death, and bodily injury. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University, cum laude. Ms. Lopez obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Ave Maria School of Law. While in law school, she received the book award for Research, Writing, and Advocacy. Additionally, Ms. Lopez was the recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship. She served as an Associate Editor and Executive Articles Editor on the Ave Maria Law Review. She was also a member and the Mentor Chair of the Women’s Law Association. During her time in law school, she was a judicial intern for the honorable Sherri Chappell in the United States Middle District Court.

Prior to joining Shunnarah Trial Attorneys, Ms. Lopez handled litigation on behalf of Plaintiffs as well as insurance defense. Ms. Lopez’s experience on both sides of the litigation process has provided her invaluable insight and experience related to personal injury claims. Ms. Lopez is a strong advocate for her clients, and she works closely with them in order to further their goals and achieve favorable outcomes in their cases.

Arlen Weintraub

Arlen Weintraub began his legal career in 2014 representing individuals injured as a result of the negligence of others. Prior to law school, while earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Arlen was recruited by a regional CPA firm, where he worked in the tax, audit and informational technology departments.  There, he gained valuable knowledge in a wide variety of business and personal financial matters. Arlen received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center – earning multiple scholarships for outstanding academic achievements. While in law school, Arlen was an active member of the Nova Trial Association and Moot Court Society.

Before joining Alexander Shunnarah Injury Attorneys, Arlen was employed as a senior litigation attorney at a large personal injury law firm in Jacksonville, where he enhanced his experience in the areas of automobile crashes, semi-truck crashes, slip/trip and fall incidents, and wrongful death cases.

Arlen has experience handling cases from the date of the injury through a final judgment following a jury trial and has successfully obtained multiple seven-figure settlements for his clients. Arlen and his wife, Erin, moved to Jacksonville in 2014. When he is not in the courtroom fighting for his clients’ rights, he is spending time with family, playing with his two sons, and enjoying the outdoors.

Hunter Phillips

Jacksonville native and third generation Floridian, Hunter W. Phillips is a litigation attorney in the firm’s Jacksonville, Florida office where he represents individuals that are affected by the negligence of others. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Prior to joining the firm, Hunter worked at large personal injury firm and before that a prominent insurance defense firm.

Hunter received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Elon University in North Carolina. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he served on the University of Florida Levin College of Law Honor Committee. He also spent a semester-in-practice with Jacksonville’s Office of General Counsel.

Hunter lives in Jacksonville Beach with is fiancée Natalie and their dog Rufus. His hobbies include cheering on the Jacksonville Jaguars and Chelsea FC, live music and watching The Sopranos.

Tatyana Redko

Tatyana Redko is based out of the West Palm Beach office of Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys.  She is a New York, New Jersey, and Florida licensed attorney, with over 10 years of experience in litigation.  Tatyana has experience handling bodily injury cases, arising out of construction accidents, trucking accidents, and premises liability.

Tatyana began her litigation career working in the nation’s largest, top-rated, defense firms.  Today, she draws on this experience when representing accident victims in complex injury cases and negligence claims.

Tatyana obtained her undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University and is a graduate of New York Law School.  When not practicing law, she enjoys trying new restaurants, staying active, and spending time with her family.

Travis Coombs

Travis Coombs earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Tulane University Law School and also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Travis has primarily focused his practice on personal injury cases with an emphasis on automobile wrecks and premises liability cases. Before joining Alexander Shunnarah Injury Attorneys, he spent several years practicing in Austin, recovering millions of dollars for his clients.

Travis is a native Texan and is proud to call Austin his home.  In his free time, Travis enjoys watching sports, playing golf and spending time hiking with his Dalmatian, Rex.

James Sullivan

James Sullivan litigates against insurance companies. He has devoted his entire professional career to fighting for people who have been wrongly injured and treated poorly by insurance companies.
