Madison C. Pitre

Madison C. Pitre is a Louisiana native and has amassed a wealth of experience in a short period of time. He first met firm founder, Galen Hair, before law school and clerked with him during law school. With offers from defense firms pending due to Madison’s amazing grades, unparalleled work ethic, and general willingness to do anything to win, he elected instead to represent victims of disasters. Today, Madison has helped residents and large commercial property owners recover millions of dollars in insurance proceeds. He also has the honor of representing several large churches after losses. Madison graduated from Tulane Law School.

Lindsey Topp

Lindsey Topp is an experienced litigator who works tirelessly to protect the rights of policyholders. Lindsey sharpened her skills as a staff attorney at a New Orleans area law firm for seven years before joining the Hair Shunnarah family in 2021. Prior to that she served as law clerk to justice Michael K. Randolph at the Supreme court of Missisippi.

Originally from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Lindsey graduated from Tulane University Law School and earned an MBA with a Finance concentration from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

In addition to being an avid reader, Lindsey immensely enjoys hiking, cycling, and camping out under the stars with her wife, daughter, and two rescue dogs.

Lauren E. Checki

Lauren E. Checki is an attorney who has worked tirelessly to make a difference in the lives of thousands of individuals and families. Her motto is “Leave the Hard Work to Us”, and that is her ultimate goal when meeting with each of her clients. Her practice allows her the freedom to get to know each of her clients individually, and devote the necessary time and resources to easing her clients’ pains. Lauren is a passionate advocate for her clients, and understands that it is of the utmost importance to listen to her clients’ stories, understand their needs, and collaborate with them to develop a plan that will address their concerns as swiftly as possible

Lauren is a New Jersey native, who had dreamed of living in New Orleans for her entire life. In 2005, that became a reality. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross, in Worcester, MA and her juris doctor and her civil law certificate from Tulane University Law School in 2008. Now, Lauren serves as a consultant for Tulane University, as the Title IX Hearing Board and Appellate Board Chair, presiding over Title IX cases filed through the office of Student Affairs.

Lauren is member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the New Orleans Bar Association, is a qualified Notary in this state, and is an active participant in the Tulane Law School Alumni Association. Lauren additionally serves on several local boards. In her free time, Lauren can be found playing at the dog park with her Labrador Retriever, Bella.

Kyle C. Usner

Kyle’s litigation focus is primarily mass torts. He represents clients across the nation who have been injured by dangerous pharmaceutical drugs and defective medical devices.

A native of Louisiana, Kyle completed his undergraduate degree at Louisiana College in 2012. Kyle attended Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi, earning his Juris Doctor degree and Certificate in (Louisiana) Civil Law Studies in 2019. While in law school, Kyle was an Executive Editor on the school’s law review as well as a research and teaching assistant. He also interned for the Supreme Court of Mississippi and the United States Bankruptcy Court in Jackson, Mississippi.

Prior to law school, he worked as a paralegal for a mass torts law firm in Alexandria, Louisiana. When not working, Kyle enjoys playing video games, cheering on the New Orleans Saints, and watching British murder mysteries with his wife.

Galen M. Hair

Galen M. Hair, an aggressive and relentless litigator, is licensed in multiple states and boasts clients from around the world. With large wins both at home and across the country and an impressive record of favorable results, Mr. Hair gained a reputation for getting the job done both inside and outside the court room early on in his career.

Mr. Hair is a national speaker on all areas of insurance recovery. He frequently is invited by public adjusting firms, contractors, appraisal firms, and national organizations to educate them on how to recover fair compensation for insurance losses.

David C. Spinner

Some lawyers preach excellence, David demonstrates it. David began his law career working for a plaintiff-oriented property casualty firm out of Metairie, Louisiana that claims to be the gold standard of property casualty law. While he learned a fair amount there, he also learned that things are not always what they seem and left to gain more direct experience advocating for clients. He saw what insurance companies did during Hurricane Sandy and he wanted to help victims. He then went on to work for several other top law firms in the Greater New Orleans area. Landing here, David Spinner commands an impressive case load and his ability to think strategically is second to none.
