For the first seven years of Alyssa Daniels’ career, she represented individuals who were injured by the negligence and wrongdoing of pharmaceutical companies in various mass tort litigations. She also represented individuals who were injured by the wrongdoing of others. Her practice is now concentrated in the areas of motor vehicle accidents including tractor-trailer cases, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, medical malpractice and general civil litigation.
