Anthony was born in Birmingham, Alabama, where he completed his high school education and pursued higher studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He later attended the Birmingham School of Law, culminating in his law degree. Following his graduation and successful completion of the bar exam, Anthony relocated to southern Alabama to begin his legal career.
