Biography
Chelsea Mims was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. After graduating from the University of Alabama, she continued her studies and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law.
After completing her education, she started working as an associate at the Jacksonville, Florida branch of a reputed insurance defense firm. During her tenure there, she defended several prominent corporations and insurance companies in a wide range of practice areas. This experience proved to be invaluable and has helped her to better represent her clients on the other side of the aisle today.
Before joining Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys in 2023, Chelsea spent several years practicing with another large personal injury firm, where she recovered millions of dollars for injured victims of motor vehicle accidents and premises liability claims.
When not practicing law, she enjoys traveling, watching Alabama football, and spending time with her husband and family.
