Biography

Michael Longo has over 20 years of litigation experience representing clients in a variety of legal matters, with a special emphasis on personal injury cases. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and Massachusetts. In October 2020, he joined Nussbaum Shunnarah Trial Attorneys.

His legal accomplishments stem from his tireless work ethic, organizational skills, attention to detail, and thorough preparation. These qualities, combined with his personable demeanor, enhance his interactions with clients, colleagues, adversaries, jurors, and judges, making them congenial and effective.

Michael is extremely comfortable in the courtroom, having successfully tried cases, drafted and argued motions and appeals, and negotiated numerous six-figure settlements on behalf of his clients. His success is also fueled by his experience working for both insurance defense and plaintiff’s firms, which enables him to analyze each fact pattern from all angles and develop a litigation strategy tailored to the strengths and weaknesses of each case, aiming to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.
