Mallory Storey Ulmer

Attorney

Biography

Mallory is one of the most compassionate lawyers you’ll ever meet. Her practice focuses on representing victims in personal injury litigation, including the areas of wrongful death, motor vehicle, and trucking litigation.

She handles cases in the Southeast and Midwest at state and federal court levels, and she helps people who live all over the country. Mallory recently obtained a $15 million settlement in a contested liability case in a pure contributory negligence doctrine venue, arising from a crash that caused catastrophic injuries to her client. In that case, the investigating police officers labeled Mallory’s client at-fault for the crash. Mallory’s client was fighting for his life for over a year and could not speak. A thorough investigation of the evidence with the nation’s best engineering expert team revealed that the police were absolutely wrong.

Mallory believed in the client and the facts and worked relentlessly on a case most lawyers would decline to review. That’s who Mallory is as a lawyer. In the past seven years, she has obtained over $32 million for her clients through creative and committed advocacy.

Mallory supports the Alabama Head Injury Foundation, which provides resources for members of our communities affected by traumatic brain injury. She is also an active member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the largest plaintiff trial lawyer organization in the country. Her law practice aligns with its core mission of education, advocacy, and the continual fight for justice. Mallory also enjoys writing, speaking, and advocating for issues related to trucking litigation.

Mallory, her husband, and their daughter reside in Auburn, Alabama. They enjoy traveling, visiting with family, finding good local eateries, and being outdoors.
