Greta Lloyd

Attorney, Of Counsel

Biography

Greta Lloyd is an experienced litigator who has dedicated her career to representing clients in Illinois. She began her profession working at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm, where she conducted mediations, arbitrations, and tried personal injury and medical malpractice cases to verdict.

Afterwards, Attorney Lloyd worked for a defense firm, handling products liability, autonomous vehicle, professional negligence, and toxic tort claims in both state and federal courts. Her experience working for insurance companies allowed her to understand how insurance companies operate, why they deny claims, and their strategies for handling cases. Her passion for representing client’s rights brought her to Hair Shunnarah, where she handles property casualty claims on behalf of the injured.

Greta has given presentation at several conferences including the 2019 CLM Midwest Conference, presenting on the topic of “I, Autonomous vehicle: When and How this Statement Could Disrupt the Insurance Industry” and the 2018 FETTI Conference on the topic of “The Artificial Turf Debate — Is a Chemical Innocent Until Proven Guilty?” She has also co-authored for the Trial Journal of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association on the topic of “Video Surveillance of Your Client? Now What?”

Attorney Lloyd enjoys cooking an elaborate breakfast on the weekends, spending time with family, and going for walks with her mini Bernedoodle.
