Arlen Weintraub began his legal career in 2014 representing individuals injured as a result of the negligence of others. Prior to law school, while earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Arlen was recruited by a regional CPA firm, where he worked in the tax, audit and informational technology departments. There, he gained valuable knowledge in a wide variety of business and personal financial matters. Arlen received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center – earning multiple scholarships for outstanding academic achievements. While in law school, Arlen was an active member of the Nova Trial Association and Moot Court Society.
Before joining Alexander Shunnarah Injury Attorneys, Arlen was employed as a senior litigation attorney at a large personal injury law firm in Jacksonville, where he enhanced his experience in the areas of automobile crashes, semi-truck crashes, slip/trip and fall incidents, and wrongful death cases.
Arlen has experience handling cases from the date of the injury through a final judgment following a jury trial and has successfully obtained multiple seven-figure settlements for his clients. Arlen and his wife, Erin, moved to Jacksonville in 2014. When he is not in the courtroom fighting for his clients’ rights, he is spending time with family, playing with his two sons, and enjoying the outdoors.
