Brandon Bishop

Biography

Brandon litigates and tries catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. He has tried numerous jury trials resulting in seven- and eight-figure verdicts, including some of the following recent jury verdicts: $12,000,000 (Blount County, Alabama); $25,000,000 (Morgan County, Alabama); $18,000,000 (Jefferson County, Alabama—Birmingham Division); $12,026,500 (Jefferson County, Alabama—Bessemer Division); and $1,900,000 (Calhoun County, Alabama).

Aside from verdicts, Brandon has obtained multiple seven and eight figure settlements on behalf of his clients.

Brandon has been named “Top 100″ and “Top 40 Under 40” by The National Trial Lawyers, included as one of “The Most Prolific Trial Attorneys of Alabama” by The Alabama Jury Verdict Reporter, selected by peers for inclusion as a “Super Lawyer” every year since 2011, listed as one of the “Top Attorneys” by Birmingham Magazine also every year since 2011 and included in Birmingham Business Journal’s “Best of the Bar 2021.” Brandon’s hobbies include RV’ing, hiking, camping, fly-fishing and following Premier League soccer.
