Biography
For the first eighteen years of his practice, Craig Niedenthal handled complex litigation on behalf of corporate America. As an attorney, he represented prominent automotive manufacturers such as Nissan, Honda, and General Motors throughout the country in products liability litigation.
His experience on the corporate side provides him with a unique perspective on legal strategies, enabling him to anticipate the opposition’s tactics and evaluate cases from their viewpoint. This foresight allows him to predict potential moves before they occur.
Then, Niedenthal discovered his true calling was to assist those who had been injured and wronged, leading him to pivot his focus towards representing plaintiffs in products liability cases and other complex litigation. His new role involved litigating against some of the very automotive manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies he once defended. He believes that the opportunity to fight for individuals who have faced significant tragedies and to offer them hope for the future is an incredible gift.
Niedenthal takes pride in having received the Top 10 Attorney Award from the National Academy of Personal Injury Lawyers and being appointed to the Alabama Bar Disciplinary Committee. He enjoys exercising, playing tennis, and cherishing moments with his wife and two sons in his free time.
