Katie Tait Copeland is disciplined, self-motivated, adaptable, and strategic—these traits allow her to help people who can’t help themselves. Working at the firm during law school, in various roles, including as Mr. Shunnarah’s executive assistant, in accounting, and as case manager, allowed Katie to gain invaluable experience to best serve her clients.
Katie Tait Copeland’s practice focuses on of personal injury law and civil litigation. She has represented hundreds of clients and fought for each and every one of them. As a mother and advocate for women, Katie feels a strong sense of determination and dedication to righting the wrongs of insurance companies.
Katie handles a wide variety of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites, and commercial/ trucking collisions. She has several notable settlements, including a $3,300,000 wrongful death claim.
